Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include all original accessories. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.
How To Start a Return
Email support@mannahdyrations.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, we will provide a prepaid return label or another appropriate solution at no cost to the customer.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not arrive by the expected delivery date, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos when relevant. We will investigate and provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will email our decision within 1-3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Financial institutions may require additional time to post a refund.
Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return results from our error, a damaged or defective item, or an incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items
Used items, items returned without prior instructions, gift cards, and personalized or final-sale items clearly identified before purchase are not eligible for return, except where required by applicable law.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item under this policy and place a new order after the return is approved.
